Please write a short paragraph listing your fees and special information. What kinds of animals are serviced? Limit it to 3-4 lines, at most. Do not use this space to advocate home veterinary care or euthanasia, as those coming to these pages are already motivated, and know that.

We very strongly recommend and endorse using an IV, as a flush is the only sure way to assure that the needle is completely in the vein. Otherwise, it can be a horrible last few moments for the poor pet — and a lifelong trauma for the owner.

By submitting my application, I agree to sedate the pet first, so he/she won’t have to feel the IV. It is understood that in exceptional cases alternate special means may be needed.
