Chat Room Problems
If you have registered for the use of the chat rooms, but you have not been able to either confirm your registration or enter the chat room itself, please read these problem descriptions.
You did not receive a confirmation message via email.
You may not have received a confirmation message because either: you are using a spam filter, and the confirmation message has been erroneously flagged as spam; or you did not enter your email address correctly.
Messages which are sent from APLB.org are sometimes flagged as spam messages by a mail provider. In many cases, the message is never delivered to its intended recipient (you). That message may have been placed into a folder for spam messages, or it was returned to its sender (APLB.org), or it was automatically deleted.
APLB cannot control this behavior of your mail. If you know the location of your ‘spam folder’, please check it and you may find the confirmation message in it.
