Welcome. I am glad you are seeking support.

I offer individual and group pet loss counseling for clients located anywhere in Texas, with sessions available in person in Austin, TX or online throughout the state.

My monthly virtual Texas Pet Loss Support Group meets on the 2nd Thursday at 6 p.m.-7p.m., and is open exclusively to Texas residents.

I began specializing in pet loss support while grieving the death of my own beloved cat. With more than 15 years of experience in trauma, grief, bereavement, the human–animal bond, and body–mind–spirit wellness, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to this work.

Anticipatory grief, end-of-life decisions, the difficulty of saying goodbye, or experiencing a loss in a sudden or traumatic way can leave you feeling disoriented, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.

Together, we will explore compassionate and grounding ways to navigate your grief, honor your bond, and support your healing.
