The Parted Paw is a Canadian pet loss support and pet parent care organization dedicated to supporting the people behind the pets.

Founded by Certified Pet Loss Bereavement Specialist and Associate Certified Coach (ICF) Koryn Greenspan, The Parted Paw provides compassionate, evidence-informed support to individuals and families before, during, and after the passing of a beloved pet. Services include anticipatory grief support, pet loss grief support, guidance through difficult end of life decisions, and continued support as clients adjust to life after loss.

Recognizing that the human experience of loving and losing a pet deserves acknowledgement, understanding, and compassionate care, The Parted Paw creates a safe, non-judgmental space where pet parents can process their grief, navigate difficult decisions, and move forward in a way that honours both their relationship with their pet and their own wellbeing.
