Graduates
The people listed here completed Dr. Wallace Sife’s Counseling for Pet Loss and Bereavement—delivered in shortened form at APLB Conferences (2010–2016) and online as a five-week course (2009–2020).
After Dr. Sife’s death in April 2020, Dr. Michelle Crossley, Colleen Rolland, and Marina Resa revised the curriculum, adding varied teaching methods, literary and video resources, and accommodating different learning styles. We expanded the course to eight weeks and moved it to Google Classroom.
The new training reflects Dr. Sife’s clinical experience. Our instructors trained under him, represent diverse career paths and expertise, and bring broad experience in pet loss grief work.
