The Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement

The APLB is a nonprofit association of concerned volunteers who are experienced and knowledgeable in the tender subject of pet death. Our chatrooms are free and available to anyone bereaving for a beloved pet. Membership is not required for this.

The Association for Pet Loss and Bereavement is a compassionate nonprofit organization of trained volunteers, dedicated to helping people during this very special kind of bereavement. We are constantly improving all our services, and making them freely available on the Internet. The APLB is unique, and the only organization in the world doing all this.

This organization is exceptional in many ways. We have created a unique additional service as a worldwide clearing house for all information on pet bereavement. Here we regularly update what is widely acknowledged as the best source of information and assistance to grieving animal lovers. We are proud to be the acclaimed leader and authority in the field of petloss and bereavement.

Our Board of Directors holds regular bimonthly meetings, to keep our objectives updated and in sharp focus. There will always be positions here for individuals who have the ability and desire to assist us in our work. This is an idea whose time has finally come, and the APLB was created to do something about it. We are here to help, and eagerly welcome new friends and members.

The APLB has become a major worldwide institution, and we invite your membership and feedback. Please join with us as one of our supporters in this wonderful movement. Our beloved companion animals have brought us together. And now we are here for each other.

We are all professionally trained volunteers in pet bereavement counseling, and are here for you. Our beloved animal friends have brought us together, and in honor of them we are here to provide our assistance to anyone who requests it.

The APLB is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
