The APLB has developed this special chatroom to help you better prepare for the loss of your beloved companion animal. Anticipatory bereavement is a dread that everyone must eventually deal with. But too often we don’t know how to cope with it. Although this happens to nearly everyone, there had been little or no help or information on it, anywhere. We are pleased to now expand our services, to incorporate this into our support program.

These sessions will help you to better celebrate the life of your beloved companion animal. They will help make the eventual passing less of a painful shock, and more of a living testimonial, filled with love and wonderful memories. Come, and honor this dear life with us, now.

Spread the word! We’ve created a flyer that advertises the APLB Chatroom. Please download it, print it, and give it to someone who may benefit from talking to others about the loss of their pet.

The moderators can be reached at if you are in deep bereavement and need to communicate before our next scheduled chat time. They will get back to you as soon as possible.
