One of the most precious memory that i have of Bianca is her constant presence while i was studying. Those were special moments, it was our routine. As i was studying i would see her entering my room and preparing for a big jump to reach my desk. She would keep me company for hours, sleeping next to my books and notebooks (even on my pc).  I miss her purring and head bumps everytime i find myself sat at my desk. With her, I was never alone and she made eveything, including studying, special.

Bio

Bianca came into our home in 2008, when i was only 6 years old and she was less than a year old. I still remember the first time i met her. She was one of the 6 babies that my friend’s cat had had. When i got to my friend’s house i remember seeing all these kittens sleeping and eating from their mom; Bianca was the last one i saw, she was sleeping under her mom’s belly, underneath all those other fur babies. It’s kind of like we had found each other; she was the last kitten that wasn’t chosen and because of that i felt a connection with her. When I think about that day i realize what an incredible thing that was, it was like our souls got intertwined. Who would have thought that we would spend 16 years together, being there for each other trough good and tough times?

Bianca was the best life companion i could have asked for and i think she felt the same. She was always there for me and I for her. Sharing my life with her and being present through all of hers, up to her last day,  was such an honor.

Epitaph

Until we meet again, make the most of the place you’re in right now. I’ll see you when it’s time. In the meantime I’ll think about you everyday, having faith that next time i see you it’ll be forever.
