Every moment of our “QCT” (quality carpet time) we spent together over the years.
Count chose me by clinging to my shoe and refusing to let go in 2008.
He was a snuggler, playful, loving, entertaining, and absolutely adorable beyond reason with exceptionally round features and impressive cheeks—a sweet and gentle lovebug with some dog-like qualities (happy tail wagging and playing fetch). He even smelled nice.
We spent every day together and he got me through all of life’s challenges by simply being present. He loved sleeping on my desk all day, basking in his sunbeams, snuggling in bed, and sharing “quality carpet time”.
The softest, sweetest, most incredible little man in history. We lost him on 1/17/25 and it still feels like yesterday. His absence has left a huge hole in my heart.
