My baby Norman

Bio

Norman Eward came into my life in April 2014, 6 months after my first boy Mario came into my life.  He was named after my grandma Norma and my grandfather Edward.

Norman was my velcro baby from day one.  He wanted to be with me every second – even if I just moved 2 feet.  He followed me everywhere.  He was the runt of the litter and completly ridiculous looking.  I used to call him my walking cartoon.  People would stop in the street to pet both of my boys.

Norman started showing agression out of the blue in the summer of 2022.  After causing physical damage to me, I took him to the vet for a physical and an MRI.  It was discovered that Norman had a severe ear infection in each ear, that only surgury could relieve.  He went in for his first surgery a few weeks later and was recoving well.  I waited a month to get the second surgery.  This one made him deaf, and he never was able to adjust.  He became violent again to my other pets and,  due to his age of almost 9, was losing quality of life quickly.

I made the decision to have him put to rest in my house.  He was my baby.  My everything, and just like with Mario, I am completely lost and broken without him.
