Chrissy was my first dog after my Maggie passed away. She’s the only dog I’ve ever gotten from a breeder and she looks very much like my Magpie although acts completely different.
Orthrus (look up the name) was an owner surrender who had sat in the shelter for 3 months and was on the “red list.” I had taken him for a radio/tv appearance to generate interest and fell in love with him. I couldn’t bear to put him back in the kennel not knowing what would happen to him and Chrissy needed a friend so I decided to take him home instead.
